場站規劃

本計畫全線共設22座車站，包括15座高架車站、7座地下車站，並設置青埔與蘆竹兩處維修機廠。

1）計畫緣起

為改善臺灣桃園國際機場聯外交通，建設機場聯外捷運系統，以連結台北車站、臺灣桃園國際機場、高鐵桃園車站等交通運輸樞紐，期使國際航線與國內交通網路得以緊密結合。「臺灣桃園國際機場聯外捷運系統建設計畫」為政府既定政策及未來重要施政方針，且已報奉行政院核定納入「挑戰二○○八－國家發展重點計畫」。

本計畫由政府負責規劃及興建，其規劃報告書，已於2004年3月9日奉行政院核示原則同意。

（2）計畫概述

本計畫路線由臺灣桃園國際機場第二期航站往東至台北車站特定專用區，往南經高鐵桃園車站至中壢中豐路與環北路口，全長51.03公里，共設二十二個車站（如路線圖及場站表）。

工程建設總經費約936億元。

（3）辦理情形

本計畫自三重經臺灣桃園國際機場、高鐵桃園車站至中壢路段（長約47.4公里）之土建工程及全線機電系統工程由高鐵局辦理；三重至臺北車站特定專用區路段（長約4.1公里）之土建工程，由交通部委託臺北市政府辦理，完成後交由本局接續施作軌道、機電設施並作系統測試。

本局已於95年度完成機電系統統包工程及土建工程細部設計之發包作業，並於96年底完成土建細部設計，目前正辦理機電系統之設計審查及土建工程發包與施工作業；有關用地取得部分，桃園機場以南至高鐵桃園車站特定區路段，以及桃園機場以北（包括桃園縣大園鄉、蘆竹鄉，台北縣新莊市、泰山鄉等）之非都市土地路段，均已完成土地徵收作業，其餘都市計畫區內用地業已完成補償金發放作業，後續將持續辦理相關作業程序。

目前本計畫土建工程各地下化路段均已順利決標並陸續開工，其餘高架段三個標案因近期原物料價格快速上揚，導致招標不順，經檢討預算後已繼續公告，將於近日開標；未來工作重點為繼續完成土建工程及一般機電設備之發包作業，全面趲趕工程，並續辦用地取得與機電系統細部設計審查工作。
